NCM Anniversary Caravan (Labor Day weekend, 2014)

Our next adventure was our trip to Bowling Green, KY with the Corvette Caravan to celebrate the Corvette Museum's 20th anniversary.  It was a fairly uneventful trip. Unlike our last one the car had no hiccups.

North Florida Corvette Club Photo Shoot (March 15, 2014)

The North Florida Corvette Association (NFCA) held a 50th anniversary photo shoot at the WGV. They did a few shots of the cars and then one with the club members.

They also had a drone shoot video, which was kind of cool.  Check out the video by clicking on the "Videos" link at the top of the page.

Hot Rod Power Tour (June, 2011)

In 2011, we did the first leg of the Hot Rod Power Tour, which ran from Port Canaveral to Georgia Motorsports Park. We had intended to stay with the Tour all the way to Detroit, but we had some trouble with the A/C and it was too hot to continue without it.

It was disappointing that the venue was the same at each stop. There wasn't really anything new to see. We later heard that there were big delays at Indianapolis and on some highways. We were glad we didn't continue

Vette Brakes Products Ad Video Shoot (June 23, 2007)

June 23, 2007, we took part in a video shoot for a Vette Brakes ad. I don't think they used any of the driving video though.

We used a portion of the Green Cove Springs old Reynolds industrial park. It was kind of an interesting experience

Some of the Florida members of the online Corvette Action Center (CAC) forum decided to get together at OctoberVettes. We met up with Chris & Nikki McDonald for the drive. It was a nice little road trip & photo op.  Old Town was full of beautiful Corvettes.
